At Carrie’s Toy Library, we care deeply about your privacy. For more than 44 years, Ealing Anchor Foundation has supported parents and carers of differently abled children across the London Borough of Ealing. Protecting your personal information is an important part of that support.
Whenever you share information with us, we will always explain how it will be used, and we will never use it in ways you wouldn’t expect.
We will never sell your data, and we only share information when it is legally required or in exceptional safeguarding circumstances.

When you register, attend a session, event or party, or use our services, we may collect:

7. Website Visitors & Payments
Payments
If you make a payment through SumUp or PayPal:
You must be authorised to use the payment method
Funds must be available
You must be the rightful PayPal account holder (if used)
You may receive a verification email or message from the payment provider.
All payments are processed securely under the provider’s own privacy policies.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for our services and to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements.
When no longer needed, it is securely deleted or disposed of.

We do not use children’s information for marketing.
We collect information only to provide the right support to families.
We may use anonymised data internally to improve our services.
